The Department of Educational Support, EDO, is now seeking an administrator for systems support who wants to be part of this rapidly developing operation.

EDO's mission for systems support is located at the unit for educational administration. The unit is divided into three groups: admissions, examinations, and the group for operational follow-up and systems support, VoS, where this position is placed. VoS is responsible for the work with systems support for several of the educational administrative systems used by KTH, including creating and conducting training within these systems. In addition, VoS is responsible for follow-up and statistics within admissions, educational administration, and examinations, as well as for work with educational administrative processes. VoS consists of 15 employees, of which five are systems support administrators, including this position.

Job Responsibilities
As a systems support administrator, you will focus on the educational administrative operations that the systems support.

In this role, you will primarily work with the systems support for KTH's study register, Ladok. Currently, Ladok is in a development phase, which means that more functionality is being added and KTH is transferring various tasks to Ladok. In the spring semester of 2025, KTH will start using Ladok's support for educational planning, and in 2026, the management of individual study plans for doctoral students is planned to be moved from one system into Ladok.

Your tasks include administering, updating, and managing primarily the Ladok system, as well as working on support cases from all types of Ladok users at KTH.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for administering user training in Ladok and maintaining contact with both new and existing users, alongside your closest colleagues, and providing support to system administrators and users in a rapidly developing operation. Other tasks related to the unit's mission may also occur.

Qualifications
Requirements
- University degree deemed relevant by the employer.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form as it is part of the daily work.
- Current and documented experience of working with educational administrative systems, particularly Ladok.
- Current experience of educational administrative work within higher education.

Meritorious
- Experience and knowledge of process-oriented operations.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite.
- Good knowledge of the regulations and ordinances governing the higher education sector.

The assignment requires the ability to work independently and to take significant personal responsibility for the work. We are looking for someone who is also structured and can adapt their work, as well as adjust when new conditions arise. You thrive in an operation in strong development and you are service-oriented, which is a prerequisite for success in the role.
